About the Role
We are seeking a Business Excellence Specialist for an automotive company in Dubai. You will support process optimization, project coordination, KPI analysis, and operational improvements across dealership operations.

Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of business projects while ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved
- Support process modeling facilitation, process optimization, and workflow improvement initiatives across business operations
- Assist cross functional teams in addressing operational challenges and implementing process improvements and best practices
- Coordinate with Sales and Aftersales to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines
- Monitor and analyze dealership KPIs and operational performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending improvement opportunities
- Support the enhancement of dealership operations, including inventory management, customer experience, and service quality standards
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
- Prepare regular management reports, dashboards, and business updates supported by analytical insights and recommendations
- Assist in maintaining and improving reporting tools, dashboards, and operational tracking systems
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of operational, sales, and service reporting processes
- Support project planning activities, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and stakeholder requirements
- Track project progress and escalate any risks, delays, or deviations from agreed objectives to management
Requirements
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in business operations, operational support, process improvement, process modeling, or project coordination
- Mandatory UAE Automotive industry experience
- Experience in dealership operations, performance reporting, KPI analysis, or cross functional coordination is an advantage
- Experience in engaging and managing interactions with OEM stakeholders is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Additional certifications in operations management, business analytics, project management, process modeling, BPMN, or process improvement are an added advantage
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA), BPMN/process modelling tools (e.g., IBM Blueworks), Power BI, and advanced PowerPoint

Work Experience
- Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in business operations, operational support, process improvement, process modeling, or project coordination, preferably within the automotive industry or a similar fast paced environment.
- Mandatory UAE Automotive industry experience.
- Experience in dealership operations, performance reporting, KPI analysis, or cross functional coordination will be considered an advantage.
- Experience in engaging and managing interactions with OEM stakeholders is required.
- Candidate must demonstrate strong capability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and dynamic business requirements in a fast paced environment.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in operations management, business analytics, project management, process modeling, BPMN, or process improvement would be an added advantage.
Strongly Preferred Skills
- Project Management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- BPMN/process modelling tools (e.g., IBM Blueworks).
- Power BI and similar analytics/reporting tools.
- Advanced PowerPoint and executive level presentation skills.
