About the Role

  • A company specialized in legal services and legal advisory solutions for corporate clients is hiring a Business Development Specialist in Riyadh.
  • The role involves identifying and attracting potential corporate clients, presenting legal services, and following up on business opportunities until contract closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential corporate clients and commercial entities.
  • Communicate with prospective clients through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Arrange and attend virtual and in person meetings with clients.
  • Visit client offices when required to present services and build relationships.
  • Provide a professional initial explanation of the company’s legal services and advisory solutions.
  • Understand and initially assess client needs in coordination with the relevant internal team.
  • Follow up with prospective clients from initial contact until contract signing.
  • Conduct initial negotiations with clients in accordance with company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain an updated database of clients and business opportunities.
  • Follow up on initial proposals and coordinate internally to ensure timely client responses.
  • Build professional relationships with business owners, executives, decision makers, and entrepreneurs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on prospects, meetings, business opportunities, and conversion rates.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, relationship management, or client acquisition.
  • English proficiency in speaking and writing at a minimum level of B1.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with corporate decision makers.
  • Professional appearance and presence suitable for dealing with executives and corporate clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple business opportunities at the same time.
  • Proficiency in using email, virtual meeting platforms, and LinkedIn.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prepare clear and concise reports.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in professional services such as legal, consulting, accounting, corporate services, or business solutions.
  • General understanding of legal and advisory services provided to companies.
  • Experience dealing with business owners, executives, decision makers, and entrepreneurs.
