Business Development ExecutiveMedia, Branding & Creative AgencyAbout the Role

We are looking for a passionate, confident, and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join our growing media, branding, and creative agency.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the agency’s client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting creative, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both business and creativity — a professional who can confidently communicate ideas, understand client challenges, and convert opportunities into successful long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across corporate, retail, hospitality, real estate, F&B, and startup sectors.
  • Present agency services including branding, social media management, advertising, video production, website development, digital campaigns, and creative solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings and discovery sessions to understand business requirements and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Maintain and manage sales pipelines and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Qatar market.
  • Attend business events, networking sessions, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the agency professionally.
  • Support management in achieving monthly revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, media sales, advertising sales, or marketing agency sales.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative agency services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven sales mindset.
  • Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
