What We're Looking For

  • The Business Development team at Braze shapes future revenue success every day.
  • Business Development Representatives (BDRs) grow into skilled commercial players.
  • BDRs identify target accounts, develop campaigns, engage C suite prospects, demonstrate value, and qualify early stage deals.

What You'll Do

  • Research accounts and develop communication plans via phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.
  • Generate new business opportunities (pipeline) using proven processes and tools.
  • Prioritize outreach to prospects and conduct high level conversations with C suite executives.
  • Deliver value oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
  • Manage own meetings and bring in internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Meet outreach KPIs, set meetings, and carry out discovery and qualification.

Who You Are

  • Adaptable, action oriented, precise and engaging communicator.
  • Strong researcher, creative, problem solver, intellectually curious.
  • Self aware/coachable, intrinsically motivated, well organized and accountable.
  • 1.5–2 years of experience in a corporate setting (exposure to sales is a strong plus).
  • Arabic or Turkish speaking skills would be a strong advantage.
