Requirements
- 1.5–2 years of experience in a corporate setting
- Exposure to sales is a strong plus
- Arabic or Turkish speaking skills would be a strong advantage
- Adaptable and action oriented
- Precise and engaging communicator (written and verbal)
- Strong researcher and creative problem solver
- Intrinsically motivated and well organized

What We're Looking For

- BDRs identify target accounts, develop campaigns, engage C suite prospects, demonstrate value, and qualify early stage deals.
What You'll Do
- Research accounts and develop communication plans via phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.
- Generate new business opportunities (pipeline) using proven processes and tools.
- Prioritize outreach to prospects and conduct high level conversations with C suite executives.
- Deliver value oriented pitches and solution demonstrations.
- Manage own meetings and bring in internal stakeholders as needed.
- Meet outreach KPIs, set meetings, and carry out discovery and qualification.
Who You Are
- Adaptable, action oriented, precise and engaging communicator.
- Strong researcher, creative, problem solver, intellectually curious.
- Self aware/coachable, intrinsically motivated, well organized and accountable.
- 1.5–2 years of experience in a corporate setting (exposure to sales is a strong plus).
- Arabic or Turkish speaking skills would be a strong advantage.
