Marsh
is growing its
sales teams in the UAE
and we are looking to speak with experienced business development professionals across executive, senior executive and manager-level roles.
This is a broad hiring campaign designed to attract strong new business sales talent across Marsh's insurance and risk solutions.
We are not targeting junior profiles for these openings.
We are open to experienced candidates at different levels, and for exceptional profiles the business may consider shaping the role or building a case at a higher level.
You will play a front-line sales role focused on identifying, developing and closing new B2B opportunities across the UAE.
This is a true hunting role with a strong emphasis on originating brand new business, building market presence and opening doors with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and convert a pipeline of new business opportunities across the UAE through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and relationship building.
- Identify target clients and design go-to-market and acquisition approaches tailored to their needs.
- Represent Marsh at client meetings, industry events and market-facing activities.
- Develop strong relationships with prospective clients and position Marsh's broader insurance and risk advisory capabilities.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals and value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Work closely with local and regional specialists across medical and non-medical lines.
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in CRM systems.
- Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals.
- Support a smooth handover of won business to servicing teams once accounts are onboarded.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the UAE market.
- Strong preference for candidates with insurance sales experience or closely related financial services experience.
- Track record of winning new business through direct outreach, relationship-led selling and market development.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Resilient, proactive and commercially driven, with the energy to build business from zero each year.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Profile
- 7+ years of UAE market experience for more established individual contributors or manager-level candidates.
- Background in direct sales within an insurance carrier, broker relationship roles within an insurer, or strong performance in a tier 2 broker.
- Experience selling across multiple insurance lines such as medical, employee benefits, property, casualty or broader risk solutions.
- Credibility with senior client stakeholders and the ability to sell consultatively.
- Familiarity with the local market landscape and a proven ability to navigate complex buying environments.

- This is an evergreen hiring campaign.
- Candidates may be considered across different seniority levels depending on their market experience, sales track record and overall strategic value.
- While junior profiles are not the focus, experienced candidates from executive through manager level are encouraged to apply.
