About the Role
Mashreq is hiring a Business Development Officer for Personal Loans Sales to convert leads into sales and manage customer relationships. The role involves processing loan requests, meeting KPI targets, and cross-selling.

Responsibilities
- Analysis of leads received
- Conversion of leads into sales
- Updating of all systems as per the call with the customer
- Processing of the request or offer given to the customer
- Constant follow up with concerned departments if process is delayed
- Handling of all customer issues and resolve at the earliest
- Maintain records of all approvals and requests and reports handled
- Meeting KPI Targets set in terms of revenues through PL Sales and PL Fulfillment
- Acquire new Business through Cross sell to increase penetrations
- Managing assigned Leads via CRM within the agreed TAT
Requirements
- Diploma / Highschool
- 1 2 years of relevant work experience in Personal Banking in functions of PMU/ Relationship Management/ Tele Sales/Services
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Sound market knowledge and Personal Banking understanding
- Sound technical skill set across diverse products
