Role Overview

  • The Business Development Manager is responsible for a specific industry within the Middle East market.
  • Identifies new opportunities for Help AG products and services and coordinates activities with management and vendor partners.
  • Supported by marketing activities, reputation, references, and a team of security experts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 5 successful years of experience in the Gulf region in IT networking or information security.
  • Strong experience in presentations, demonstrations, proposals, RFPs, tenders.
  • Experience identifying decision makers and stakeholders, management level discussions and negotiations.
  • Experience with key Information Security tools and vendors such as Juniper, F5, Blue Coat, RSA.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction of existing clients and prospects.
  • Structure market, customers, and opportunities; prioritize activities.
  • Identify new opportunities.
  • Generate incremental revenue stream.
  • Maintain and enhance existing business.
  • Accountability for minimum USD 5 million revenue per year.
  • Coordinate PoC’s and tender processes.
  • Support finance team in collecting accounts receivables.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience and background in Cyber Security (UAE preferred).
  • Sales Certification of various vendors.
  • Good understanding of management systems, ISMS, BCMS.
  • Very good skills in MS Office.
  • Ability to manage long term client relationships and CXO level relationships.
  • Understand customer security requirements and map appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Flexible work approach, active listener, team player.
  • Speak and write in English required; Arabic preferred.
  • Customer focused attitude, strong solutions selling skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Information Security Solutions.
