- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Understanding of technology trends within industrial, energy, and government sectors
- Experience or knowledge in EPC landscape (plus)
- Relevant certifications in business development or project management (preferred)
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field (advantage)
