Role Overview

  • This position is vital for driving growth and expanding our business footprint in the competitive landscape. As a key player, you will engage with diverse stakeholders, showcasing our innovative solutions and aligning them with client needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across KSA and the GCC region.
  • Own the full commercial cycle, including outreach, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Represent our portfolio to senior stakeholders in industries such as industrial, government, and energy sectors.
  • Maintain and grow relationships within the Saudi Aramco ecosystem and major EPC contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Special Projects Manager on strategic accounts to align business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.

Essential Requirements

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years in B2B business development, particularly within the KSA or GCC markets.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in understanding and discussing technology solutions related to AI, robotics, drones, and smart systems.
  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Technical Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technology trends within the industrial, energy, and government sectors.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience or knowledge in the EPC landscape is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in business development or project management are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degrees: Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
  • Specialized Skills: Experience in strategic account management or consulting roles.
