Role Overview
- This position plays a crucial role in driving AI initiatives by developing and maintaining on premise AI solutions that enhance operational efficiencies.
- As part of the AI Engineering team, you will deploy AI solutions within client facilities, building intelligent layers across platforms including document intelligence, workflow automation, and AI powered decision support systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain on premise RAG and LLM pipelines for document processing and intelligent Q&A systems.
- Develop OCR and document extraction systems tailored for industrial workflows (permits, contracts, reports).
- Create AI powered workflow automation components integrated into enterprise platforms.
- Train and fine tune models for domain specific tasks in energy, construction, and facility management.
- Collaborate with backend team for API integration of AI modules.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining on premise AI solutions, especially document processing and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills.
Technical Qualifications
- Familiarity with on premise deployment technologies including vector databases and OCR frameworks.
- Expertise in Python; experience with FastAPI or Django for AI service development.
- Understanding of industrial workflows related to document intelligence and automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Experience with Arabic NLP or multi modal AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects or teams.
