- Experience in managing labor teams and coordinating site activities
- Good command of English
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee residential construction projects throughout all project phases.
- Review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methodologies, and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related tools.
- Experience in managing labor teams and coordinating site activities.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills.
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
- Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Open to all nationalities.
