We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in permanent recruitment sales and client acquisition.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager with a recruitment background to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our permanent recruitment services across the region.
This is a full-time, onsite role requiring strong market knowledge, consultative sales skills, and a proven track record in recruitment business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for permanent recruitment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients across target industries in the UAE and GCC
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Present recruitment solutions tailored to client hiring needs
- Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and commercial terms
- Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure successful hiring outcomes
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain an active pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in
- recruitment business development or recruitment sales
- Strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market and client hiring practices
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a recruitment agency environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and trust
- Strong networking skills with an existing client database (preferred)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
