Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for manpower outsourcing and blue collar staffing services in the UAE
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key decision makers
- Generate leads through market research, networking, client meetings, and industry contacts
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service agreements
- Negotiate commercial terms and manpower supply contracts with clients
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements
- Maintain strong knowledge of UAE labor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and business growth objectives
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long term business partnerships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within manpower outsourcing, staffing, or labor supply industry in the UAE
- Strong network of clients in sectors such as construction, MEP, FM, logistics, manufacturing, or oil & gas
- Proven track record in generating and closing manpower outsourcing deals
- Good understanding of UAE labor laws and outsourcing practices
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE driving license is mandatory
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
