About The Role
- The role of a Business Development Manager is centered around strategic planning, relationship building, and driving business growth.
- Business Development Manager will report into Plant Growth Manager.
Primary Tasks Of This Role
- Conduct comprehensive market research, identify and assess potential market opportunities, formulate and execute effective market entry strategies specially for the new market
- Support Growth manager to establish and execute the growth strategy
- Identify high quality sales leads, convert mature business opportunities, and transfer them to the sales team for follow up
- Track industry trends and competitor activities
- Adjust strategies based on market dynamics and organizational objectives
- Provide input to product teams based on customer feedback and market demands
- Create go to market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans
- Work with marketing, sales, and product development teams to implement growth strategies and plan
- Collaborate with other Business Areas to leverage their network and experience to explore new market
- Enable Growth manager for quick response and decision making for business activities
Position Qualifications
- Technical background with process safety, risk and reliability
- 10 to 20 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
- Experience with, or using AI in business development
