- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and client meetings
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Develop relationships with consultants, developers, landlords, and procurement teams
- Present company capabilities and portfolio to clients
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract finalization
- Achieve project acquisition targets and revenue objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE Interior Fit Out business development experience
- Proven track record of securing fit out projects in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential sectors
- Strong network of consultants, developers, project managers, and decision makers
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
- UAE Driving License preferred

Business Development & Lead Generation

Client Relationship Management
- Build long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Present company capabilities, portfolio, and service offerings.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry gatherings.
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
Tender & Proposal Management
- Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for proposal preparation.
- Support pre qualification and tender submission activities.
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Ensure timely follow up on quotations and submitted proposals.
Revenue Growth
- Achieve project acquisition targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with company growth plans.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and industry trends.
- Contribute to business expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of UAE Interior Fit Out business development experience.
