Overview

We’re seeking a Business Development professional to grow our presence in the UAE insurance sector.

You’ll identify opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring excellent service and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business via networks, referrals, and events
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless solutions
  • Meet monthly/annual sales targets
  • Ensure high-quality client servicing and retention
  • Track competitors and market trends
  • Lead contract negotiations in line with UAE regulations
  • Report on pipeline and market insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Marketing
  • 2+ years in UAE insurance sector
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products & regulations
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and results-oriented
  • UAE-based candidates preferred
