About the Role
3S Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for General Insurance with 3-5 years of experience in a UAE insurance brokerage. The role involves acquiring new clients, driving revenue growth, and managing a portfolio of corporate and individual clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate and individual clients
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through referrals, networking, and direct business development activities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets
- Promote and sell General Insurance products including Property, Engineering, Marine, Liability, Motor, and Group Medical Insurance
- Build long term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a UAE Insurance Brokerage firm
- Strong experience in General Insurance products
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred

Position Overview
- Seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong background in Insurance Brokerage industry.
- Proven experience in General Insurance sales within the UAE market and ability to develop high value client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Portfolio Development: Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate and individual clients.
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Market Research & Business Strategy: Stay updated on industry developments and identify new market opportunities.
- Coordination & Compliance: Work with operations, claims, and servicing teams; ensure compliance with UAE insurance regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within a UAE Insurance Brokerage firm.
- Strong experience in General Insurance products is mandatory.
- Arabic Speaker (Mandatory).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Insurance, or related field preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Compensation
- Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
- Pay: AED10,000.00 AED18,000.00 per month.
