Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors
- Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
- Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs)
- Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients
- Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets
- Work closely with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align on campaigns and offerings
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in corporate training, L&D solutions, professional certifications, or EdTech
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region
- Strong consultative selling and solution oriented approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends
- Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia)
- Willingness to travel across the region

- Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
- Develop joint go to market initiatives to accelerate growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in corporate training / L&D solutions, professional certifications, or EdTech (corporate only) or skills development.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region.
- Strong consultative selling and solution oriented approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends.
- Ability to operate independently in a regional, fast paced environment.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia).
- Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
