Job Description

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within enterprise, government, and education sectors.
  • Drive demand for corporate training programs, digital learning solutions, and professional certifications.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders (HR leaders, L&D heads, CXOs).
  • Understand client workforce development needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build strategic partnerships with local training providers, channel partners, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand market reach.
  • Develop joint go to market initiatives to accelerate growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across GCC markets.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5 10 years of experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in corporate training / L&D solutions, professional certifications, or EdTech (corporate only) or skills development.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the GCC region.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution oriented approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise learning, upskilling, and workforce transformation trends.
  • Ability to operate independently in a regional, fast paced environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid network across GCC markets (excluding Saudi Arabia).
  • Understanding of cultural and business dynamics in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain.
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required.
