About Us

  • We are a growing digital marketing agency based in Dubai, working with brands across the UAE and the wider MENA region. Our core sectors are Food and Beverage, Real Estate, and Hospitality. Our team is ambitious, fast moving, and focused on delivering real results for our clients.

The Role

  • As Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a central role in our growth strategy. This is a senior role with direct impact on company revenue and direction.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE and MENA, with a focus on F&B, Real Estate, and Hospitality brands
  • Build and manage a strong client pipeline with consistent monthly targets
  • Lead pitches, proposals, and high value contract negotiations
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Report revenue performance and pipeline updates to senior leadership

Who We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or key account management
  • An established network of decision makers across UAE or MENA markets
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in digital marketing or an agency environment is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred

What We Offer

  • 4000 AED basic salary with commission slab (based on sales)
  • Commission Percentage: AED 6,000 to AED 30,000 (10%), AED 31,000 to AED 60,000 (12%), AED 61,000 to AED 100,000 (15%), AED 100,001 and above (20%)

Probation and Confirmation of Employment

  • The Employee shall be appointed on a probation period of two (2) months from the date of joining. Upon successful completion of the probation period, and subject to satisfactory performance, conduct, attendance, and overall suitability for the role, the Company may confirm the Employee’s employment
  • Upon confirmation, the Employee shall be entitled to applicable employment benefits in accordance with the Company’s policies and the applicable UAE Labour Law.
