Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and clients
- Understand client goals, brand requirements and monthly marketing needs
- Manage client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings
- Prepare briefs for designers, content writers, ad managers and creative teams
- Follow up with internal teams to make sure tasks are completed on time
- Review content, captions, creatives, campaigns and reports before sharing with clients
- Coordinate monthly content calendars, campaign plans and marketing activities
- Handle client feedback and make sure revisions are communicated clearly
- Attend client meetings and prepare meeting notes, action points and follow ups
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Track deadlines, approvals, pending tasks and deliverables
- Support the team with campaign ideas, content direction and marketing strategy
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of social media, branding, content creation and digital campaigns
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Good understanding of client servicing and account management
- Ability to create clear briefs for creative and marketing teams
- Must be organized, responsible and detail oriented
- Should be able to handle pressure and fast moving agency work
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing and reporting is a plus
- Digital marketing: 3 years (Required)

Overview
- PAL DMC is looking for a capable and proactive Account Manager to join our marketing agency team.
- This role is ideal for someone who understands how marketing agencies work, can manage client communication confidently, and knows how to keep creative, content, design, ads and strategy teams aligned.
