- Develop creative design concepts, layouts, and presentations for client projects
- Prepare detailed 2D drawings, technical layouts, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Revit
- Create high quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and mood boards using 3ds Max and Adobe Suite
- Lead client meetings, design presentations, and project discussions
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing UAE clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base within the UAE market
- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and design pitches to secure new projects
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design feasibility, and project coordination
- Oversee material selection, finishes, FF&E, and design specifications aligned with project budgets
Requirements
- Experience in business development and client management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Knowledge of UAE market

- Prepare proposals, commercial offers, and design pitches to secure new projects
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and smooth execution
- Conduct site visits for measurements, design feasibility, and project coordination
- Oversee material selection, finishes, FF&E, and design specifications aligned with project budgets
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support project requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide design related guidance throughout execution
Market and Quality
- Stay updated with UAE market trends, materials, and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings
- Ensure all design outputs meet company quality standards and reflect high professionalism
- Maintain organized project documentation, design archives, and client communication records
