About the Role

  • The Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing contracts across healthcare, catering, housekeeping, hospitality, and facilities management sectors in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across target service sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, client visits, and market research.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase market share.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, procurement teams, and key decision makers.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Identify government and private sector tenders.
  • Coordinate technical and commercial proposals and ensure timely submissions.
  • Participate in commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Support contract renewals, upselling, cross selling, and account growth.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Strong UAE market exposure and an established client network.
  • Experience in healthcare, catering, housekeeping, hospitality, or facilities management is preferred.
  • Proven experience in tender management, procurement engagement, and contract acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
  • Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
