- Identify and develop new business opportunities across marketing, communications, advertising, and PR services
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing
- Develop and present tailored proposals that align with client objectives
- Build long term relationships with key decision makers across brands and corporate organizations
- Represent the agency at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to deliver compelling pitches
- Monitor pipeline performance and consistently achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- 5 10 years of business development or sales experience within a marketing, advertising, communications, or PR agency
- Currently based in Dubai, UAE
- Strong understanding of selling integrated marketing, communications, and PR solutions
- Proven track record of generating new business and closing high value deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self motivated with ability to independently manage full sales cycle
- Established network across brands, corporates, or agencies within UAE/GCC (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred)

Overview
