- Oversee and guide offshore creative teams to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards of design, craft, and innovation across all deliverables
- Work closely with the Creative Director, contributing to the overall creative vision
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Art Director within a creative agency in the UAE
- Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio showcasing award worthy work
- Experience working on leading brands across multiple industries
- Ability to manage and mentor teams, including offshore resources
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
