Role overview
The employer is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and build long-term client relationships within the IT sector.
The role combines new business generation, client relationship management, solution coordination, and full-cycle sales ownership.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategies to achieve business development, revenue, and growth targets.
- Generate opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
- Build relationships with existing and prospective clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal IT and technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Manage leads through negotiation and closure, conduct client meetings, and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and provide regular business development reports.
- Work with management and technical teams to support client engagement and delivery.
Mandatory requirements
- Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant business development or sales experience.
- Have experience in an IT-related company or firm, or an IT-related educational qualification.
