The role combines IT analysis and QA responsibilities across application development, configuration, implementation, and testing.
Experience and Education
- At least 5 years of IT experience is required, including 2–4 years in system or application development, configuration, or implementation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field is required.
- Banking experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements and process flows.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS/FRS, user stories, RTM, SOPs, and system documentation.
- Lead SIT, UAT, and QA activities, including test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and sign-offs.
- Support application development, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and release readiness.
- Coordinate with business users, IT, PMO, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain SDLC, change management, security, and audit-ready documentation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, RAID logs, and executive updates in Arabic and English.
Required Skills
- Experience with Java, .NET/C#, C++/Python, React, HTML, JavaScript, and jQuery.
