Job Overview
- Al Ruwad Real Estate is expanding its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) division and is seeking a high caliber Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth.
- This is not a traditional sales role. It is a high value, relationship driven position focused on securing development projects by engaging with landowners, investors, and developers.
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building trust with decision makers, and converting them into long term project partnerships.
- This role offers direct exposure to high value real estate developments and the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with landowners, private investors, and small to mid scale developers
- Generate and convert opportunities into PMC projects
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Source land development opportunities through broker networks, market intelligence, and direct outreach
- Evaluate potential opportunities based on location, development potential, and client objectives
- Position PMC services as a strategic solution, not a service
- Advise clients on project feasibility, cost optimization, and development strategy
