Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships across the UAE
- Engage with architects, consultants, fit out contractors, facility management companies, interior designers, and corporate clients
- Promote commercial flooring products and secure project specifications
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and technical submissions
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the commercial flooring industry
- Strong knowledge of Luxury Vinyl Tiles (LVT), Carpet Tiles, and Sheet Vinyl Flooring
- Established network with commercial projects, fit out contractors, consultants, corporate offices, and interior design firms is highly preferred
- UAE market experience is mandatory
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Profile
- Candidates with a proven track record of generating and closing AED 5 million+ annual sales revenue will have a strong advantage.
Pay
- AED 15,000 AED 18,000 per month
