- Growth mindset with a target driven approach
- UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
- Arabic language skills are an advantage

Job Title

About the Company
- A UAE based integrated marketing and creative agency providing Branding, PR, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, Website Development, Content Creation, Events, and Business Consultancy services to corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and meetings.
- Sell agency services to corporate clients across the UAE.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Build long term client relationships and manage the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of UAE business development experience in a Marketing, Branding, PR, Advertising, Media, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven success in selling agency services to corporate clients.

Mandatory Requirement
- Only candidates with prior experience in a Marketing, Branding, PR, Advertising, Media, or Digital Marketing Agency will be considered.
- Candidates from Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, FMCG, Retail, Automobile, Telecom, or other non agency sales backgrounds will not be shortlisted.
Salary
- AED 7,000–8,000 + Incentives per month
