Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities across corporate offices, events, cafes, fitness centers, wellness clinics, and retail outlets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long term customers
- Promote the company's healthy food and dessert product range to potential clients
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts
- Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings when required
Requirements
- 2–3 years of business development or sales experience within the F&B industry in the UAE
- Proven experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long term business relationships
- Self motivated, target driven, and capable of working independently
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for a premium healthy food and dessert brand specializing in sugar free, low carb, and keto friendly products.
- The role focuses on developing B2B partnerships, increasing corporate sales, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities across corporate offices, events, cafes, fitness centers, wellness clinics, and retail outlets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners.
- Generate leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into long term customers.
- Promote the company's healthy food and dessert product range to potential clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

Preferred Background
- Experience selling food products, desserts, catering services, healthy food concepts, or FMCG food items.

Compensation
- Salary: AED 4,000 per month plus attractive incentive plan.
