The employer is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for its events team.
The role identifies new business opportunities, builds client relationships, and generates sales for event services.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is located in Dubai, UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
- The role includes client meetings and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE events market.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, referrals, and industry events.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, brands, agencies, and event organizers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Coordinate with creative, production, and operations teams to deliver client requirements.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and prepare regular sales reports.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
