Grow SIXT's business customer portfolio across Queensland.
Win new business, build long-term customer relationships, and support mobility growth.
This is a permanent, full-time hybrid opportunity based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
Your role
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across Queensland.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Manage and grow an existing SME customer portfolio, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and business development activities.
- Build relationships with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver customer outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in CRM systems.
- Achieve sales, retention, and customer growth targets across the territory.
Your skills
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success winning new business and growing customer accounts.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
