Business Development manager

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Jex Recruitment is partnering with a confidential technology organisation undergoing major regional growth across the Middle East.

We are searching for a commercially driven sales professional with a strong background in enterprise cybersecurity sales and a proven ability to secure high-value partnerships across both public and private sector environments.

The successful individual will take ownership of strategic client acquisition across the GCC, working closely with senior leadership teams and large-scale organisations on complex security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and convert strategic sales opportunities across regional markets
  • Develop relationships with senior technology and executive stakeholders
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales processes from outreach through to commercial completion
  • Position advanced digital security offerings against client business risks and operational objectives
  • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams during client engagements
  • Support proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial agreements
  • Attend industry forums, leadership events, and market networking sessions
  • Maintain accurate commercial reporting and forecasting activity
  • Track industry developments within enterprise security and emerging technologies

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within enterprise technology or cybersecurity sales
  • Strong history of delivering against commercial growth objectives
  • Experience managing large or complex solution-based sales engagements
  • Comfortable engaging C-suite stakeholders and government-linked entities
  • Strong communication and commercial negotiation ability
  • Understanding of modern security ecosystems and evolving cyber risks
  • Previous exposure to GCC enterprise markets is advantageous
