Job Summary
Lead business growth, secure new contracts, and expand market share for insulation, painting, and scaffolding services.
Cover oil and gas, petrochemical, LNG, power, refinery, offshore, and industrial sectors.
Manage the commercial lifecycle from lead generation through contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for valve testing and calibration and pursue IPS service opportunities.
- Leverage Qatar industrial and oil and gas relationships to identify sales opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical presentations.
- Develop customized service packages based on client requirements.
- Maintain a sales pipeline through networking, market intelligence, and client engagement.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, tenders, vendor registrations, and prequalification submissions.
- Coordinate with technical, operations, administration, estimation, procurement, and finance teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, and service agreements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
