Role Overview

  • We are currently seeking a high caliber Business Development / Sales Executive to join our Fit Out division and play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and securing high value projects across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit out, construction, and joinery/furniture sectors
  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
  • Generate leads through market outreach, networking, and existing industry connections
  • Meet clients to understand project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets
  • Prepare and present commercial offers, quotations, and technical proposals
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and direct clients
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project scoping and smooth handover
  • Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM systems
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently

Requirements

  • 8 12 years of experience in Fit Out / Interior Construction, Construction Business Development and Joinery, Woodworks, Furniture Sales
  • Strong knowledge of Turnkey fit out and construction processes and Joinery, woodworks, furniture production, materials, and finishes
  • Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
  • An existing network within the UAE fit out / construction / furniture market is highly preferred
  • Experience in handling quotations, negotiations, and contracts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target driven, proactive, and able to work independently
