We are seeking a high-caliber Business Development / Sales Executive for our Fit-Out division to drive revenue growth and secure high-value projects. The role requires solid experience in fit-out, construction, or joinery and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fit out, construction, and joinery/furniture sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing
- Generate leads through market outreach, networking, and existing industry connections
- Meet clients to understand project scope, technical requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Prepare and present commercial offers, quotations, and technical proposals
- Negotiate contracts ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and direct clients
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project scoping and smooth handover
- Track and manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM systems
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently
Requirements
- 8 12 years of experience in Fit Out / Interior Construction, Construction Business Development and Joinery, Woodworks, Furniture Sales
- Strong knowledge of Turnkey fit out and construction processes and Joinery, woodworks, furniture production, materials, and finishes
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure
- Existing network within the UAE fit out / construction / furniture market is highly preferred
- Experience in handling quotations, negotiations, and contracts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Role Overview
