A.Client Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with premium clients, including HNWIs, interior designers, architects, developers, and corporate partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized engagement and exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records, preferences, and sales pipelines.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with professionalism, discretion, and refined communication.
  • Deliver comprehensive product presentations highlighting craftsmanship, materials, design heritage, and exclusivity.
  • Ensure all client interactions meet or exceed luxury retail service standards.
  • Establish and nurture strong partnerships with interior designers, architects, and consultants.
  • Support trade clients with technical specifications, finishes, timelines, and project coordination.

  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

B. Sales And Revenue Growth & Market Support

  • Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
  • Present, promote, and sell luxury furniture collections, bespoke solutions, and customization options.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines, and success fully close high-value sales.
  • Support showroom operations by ensuring product displays meet luxury visual merchandising standards.
  • Assist in organizing client events, private previews, and product launches.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and post-installation follow-up.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Encourage referrals and long-term client loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
