Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Promote the company's photography, videography, livestreaming, and creative production services to corporate and individual clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on inquiries to secure new projects
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth
- Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and production assignments
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth project execution and outstanding client satisfaction
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit regular business development reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Account Management
- Experience in media, creative, advertising, marketing, or production industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong networking and relationship building abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- Willing to work flexible hours, including day and night assignments, weekends and public holidays

Work Requirements
