Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers
- Visit villas, offices, warehouses, retail shops, and construction sites
- Build long term relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct visits
- Promote the company's Smart Home and ELV solutions
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of daily customer visits, sales pipeline, quotations, and follow up activities
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in Smart Home, ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, IT, Construction, MEP, or Building Technology is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred

- You Smart Communication Networks LLC is a leading Smart Home Automation and ELV Systems company in the UAE.
- We specialize in Smart Home Solutions, CCTV Surveillance, Access Control, Video Intercom, Wi Fi & Networking, Audio Visual Systems, Home Cinema, Gate Barrier Systems, Structured Cabling, Building Technology, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- We are looking for motivated, target driven Outdoor Sales Executives to expand our customer base and drive business growth across Dubai and the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and networking.
- Identify potential residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Visit villas, offices, warehouses, retail shops, and construction sites.
- Build long term relationships with property owners, consultants, contractors, developers, facility management companies, and corporate clients.
- Attend client meetings and conduct site visits.
- Prospect new customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and direct visits.
- Promote the company's Smart Home and ELV solutions.
- Generate qualified sales leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on quotations until order confirmation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE outdoor sales experience (preferred).
- Experience in Smart Home, ELV, CCTV, Security Systems, IT, Construction, MEP, or Building Technology is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 8,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and proven sales performance)
