Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the advertising and media market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brands, agencies, and business partners.
Lead the sales process from lead generation and client meetings through negotiation and closing.
Develop customized proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for clients.
Manage and expand the company’s client portfolio.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the advertising and media sector.
Establish and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Work closely with creative, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Develop long-term strategic partnerships that support business growth.
Prepare regular business development and sales reports for management.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and industry activities.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Advertising, Media, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the Advertising & Media industry.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
Strong existing network and client relationships within the Qatar market is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable sponsorship.
Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred
