- Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Promote the company's business setup, accounting, bookkeeping, tax, and CFO advisory services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations, licensing procedures, and market trends
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM database
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- Experience in Business Setup, Corporate Services, Accounting, Tax Consultancy, CA Firms, or Professional Services is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation, licensing procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self motivated with a proactive and target driven approach
- Fluency in English is required
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
- A valid UAE driving license is an added advantage
