- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, emails, and client meetings
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and establish strategic partnerships
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase company solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Recommend suitable products, services, and upgrades based on client needs and business objectives
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related role
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
- Self motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
