Business Development Executive (BDE) – Web Development Services

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound/inbound sales activities.
• Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable web development and IT service solutions.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams for proposal creation and requirement gathering.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
• Maintain sales pipeline, CRM updates, and regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills:
