**Job Summary:** We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and company goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
