About the Role
PRANIC DRUG STORE LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial transactions, and reporting in Dubai. Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and expense reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding finance related matters
- Support VAT filing and compliance requirements
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts role in UAE preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures
- Experience with VAT, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards

Job Summary
