Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of management
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
- Prepare reports, presentations, PowerPoint decks, meeting agendas, and other business documents
- Attend meetings on behalf of the Managing Director/CEO when required, record minutes, and communicate key discussions and action items
- Follow up on pending tasks, commitments, and action points assigned by management
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
- Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders
- Organize and maintain filing systems, office records, and documentation
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
- Handle general administrative and personal tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 2 5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

Job Summary

Qualifications & Requirements

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role.
Compensation
- Pay: AED2,000.00 AED10,000.00 per month
