- Coordinate with management for staffing requirements
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–3 years of HR experience in UAE preferred
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR procedures
- Experience with recruitment and employee coordination
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
