- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline data, implementing corrective actions
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience in business development or related roles
- At least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Master's in Business Administration or Equivalent
- GCC experience is preferred (minimum 2 years is an advantage)

Job Summary
- The Business Development Director is responsible for defining and driving long term strategic objectives for the cluster in alignment with overall organizational goals.
- The role focuses on leading business development activities to ensure sustainable growth, including developing strategies for technical pre qualifications, competitive tendering, and market expansion while supporting both short term and long term revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans across multiple locations or business units within the cluster
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue streams
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage business development teams across different locations
- Collaborate with local teams to develop tailored solutions and competitive proposals
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and strategic partnerships at the cluster level
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage
- Analyze sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline data, implementing corrective actions where required
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and strategic updates to senior management
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

- Strong ability to identify market opportunities and develop long term business strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning
- Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to establish strategic partnerships and alliances to drive growth
- Solid understanding of risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in ERP systems; SAP functional knowledge is preferred
Job Requirements
