- Develop and maintain business continuity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Lead business continuity risk assessments and business impact analyses.
- Oversee crisis management planning, simulations, and testing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 22301/22361).
- Lead post incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare resilience reports and recommendations for senior management.
- Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk, and business units to strengthen organizational resilience.
- Develop and mentor team members while supporting continuous capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Professional certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management (CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) is preferred
- 6–10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Crisis Management
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience implementing enterprise business continuity frameworks and crisis management programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management (CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) is preferred.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Crisis Management.
- At least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience implementing enterprise business continuity frameworks and crisis management programs.
