Job Summary

  • Lead the Digital Business Continuity Governance & Assessment function by developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and resilience strategies focused on digital and technology environments. Ensure compliance with business continuity standards, strengthen organizational resilience,

Key Responsibilities Strategic

  • Implement the business continuity strategy and governance framework.
  • Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Promote resilience and business continuity best practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Functional

  • Develop and maintain business continuity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Lead business continuity risk assessments and business impact analyses.
  • Oversee crisis management planning, simulations, and testing.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 22301/22361).
  • Lead post incident reviews and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare resilience reports and recommendations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Risk, and business units to strengthen organizational resilience.
  • Develop and mentor team members while supporting continuous capability development.

Key Responsibilities Managerial

  • Manage team performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
  • Identify training and development needs.
  • Prepare periodic reports and support departmental objectives.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional certification in Business Continuity or Risk Management (CBCI, MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor) is preferred.

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Crisis Management.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience implementing enterprise business continuity frameworks and crisis management programs.
