Role Overview

Application Support

• Provide day-to-day functional support and incident resolution across HRMS, document management, project management, asset management, HSE, procurement, and other operational systems.
• Act as the first point of contact, triage and diagnose issues, and resolve them within agreed service levels.
• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.
• Perform process mapping and gap analysis and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, or application features.

Configuration and Documentation

• Document and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.
• Manage application configuration, user setup, role-based access control, and system administration tasks.
• Coordinate with application vendors and implementation partners for issue escalation, patches, and enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience supporting enterprise business applications across operational functions such as HRMS, document management, project management, asset management, HSE, and procurement.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to perform process mapping and gap analysis and recommend improvements or automation opportunities.
• Ability to configure applications, set up users, administer systems, and manage role-based access.
• Ability to coordinate with application vendors and implementation partners.
