- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
- Create wireframes, process flows, and user journey diagrams using tools like Figma, Lucidchart, or Visio
- Manage and track requirements using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Coordinate UAT cycles, defect triage, and business sign off
- Act as a liaison between business users, operations, and technical teams
- Support change management and end user adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in ticketing, airline, travel, or high volume transactional environments
- Strong experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo), PSS (Navitaire/Amadeus Altea), or reservation/ticketing platforms
- Excellent requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD/SOP documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands on with wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro)
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field

The Role
