About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead structured requirements elicitation using interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs, and data analysis
- Document business, functional, non functional, and regulatory requirements using standardized tools and templates
- Ensure end to end traceability of requirements from intake through design, build, testing, and deployment
- Identify dependencies, constraints, risks, and assumptions early in the delivery lifecycle
- Support the development of business cases, problem statements, and solution options
- Serve as a key liaison between business sponsors, operational teams, and technical delivery partners
- Support backlog refinement, use case definition, acceptance criteria, and sprint where applicable
- Participate in system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) by validating test scenarios and supporting defect triage
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support organizational change
- Contribute to change impact assessments, training materials, communications, and operational readiness activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or operations
- Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, cross functional initiatives
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and external vendors to deliver business solutions
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Fully bilingual (English and French, written and spoken)

What You'll Be Doing

What You Bring To The Team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within IT or operations.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for complex, cross functional initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and external vendors to deliver business solutions.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Fully bilingual (English and French, written and spoken).
